• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications
• Operate industrial meat-cutting machinery such as band saws, slicers, and grinders safely
• Inspect meat for freshness, quality, and adherence to food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the cutting area
• Package and label meat products for storage, display, or transportation
• Monitor meat inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Provide accident or incident reports, trip reports & maintenance, and repair reports
• Adhere to food safety regulations, occupational health and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with other staff members, such as butchers, supervisors
• Ability to handle 23 kg weight easily
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving measures in meat-cutting operations
