• Having specialization in the Construction field & known about all related aspects
• Train/ arrange for training new employees according to need
• Supervise workers & projects & read blueprints and drawings
• Ensure health & safety regulations and coordinate/schedule activities
• Good communication skills are required
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Also, able to work in commercial areas & supervise the work of roofers
• Able to work with steel-toed safety boots & using his hands during working
• Operate CADD and other computer software systems
• Ability to supervise 5 to 10 people
• Moreover, hire & recruit workers and carry out related staffing actions
• Oversee apprenticeship training & estimate costs and materials
• Perform work as a team player & showing commitment to his work
