Requirements & Duties

The applicants must perform the following duties

• Fit & install windows, stairs, doors, moldings & hardware
• Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes by using measuring tools
• Also, read & interpret blueprints, drawings & sketches to calculate requirements
• Moreover, install floor beams, lay subflooring & erect walls & roof system
• Maintain, renovate & repair residences & wooden structures in mills, mines, and hospitals
• Measure, shape, cut, assemble & join materials made of wood/ substitutes, steel & other materials
• Estimate costs & materials used in construction
• Build foundations, industrial plants & other establishments
• Survey building locations & levels
• Schedule & coordinate work on sites
• Able to work in confined spaces, duty & noisy areas
• Should be focused on the client & perform accurate work
• Effective interpersonal skills with presentation skills
