Requirements & Duties

The applicants shall possess the following;

• Remove inedible parts from carcasses & slaughter livestock
• Also, remove bones from meat, and cut beef, and lamb in an organized manner
• Veal carcasses/ sides, and quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting
• Arrange into proper pieces for processing/ packaging etc
• Good communication skills are required
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Knowledge about operating machinery i.e power cutting tools, knives & saws, etc
• Ability to handle 23 kg weight easily
• Able to work in a Noisy, cold/ refrigerated worksite environment
• Perform activities in meat processing packing plants/establishments & Slaughterhouses
• Moreover, perform accurate work as a Team player & focus on client needs
• Having hand-eye coordination with customers & doing repetitive tasks
• Familiar with the latest techniques & technologies used in the field
